Prenatal Yoga
Take a moment to pause, breathe, notice yourself, and connect with your baby and with all the changes your body is going through. Prenatal classes are totally adapted to pregnancy and its nuances; relieving common pregnancy pains and preparing you for labor. Breathe, stretch, relax, and strengthen your body during practice, adapted to each trimester as the body changes. You don't need any previous experience with yoga, you just need to surrender and enjoy the class!
