Erika firmly believes (and lives) the truth that your genes and history are not your destiny. Once you are aware of your vulnerabilities, you can develop effective, enjoyable eating, exercise, and health habits that address your current medical issues and reduce the risk of future conditions, leading to radiant health and fuller life.
When Erika isn't in the clinic, she loves hiking, pickle balling, paddleboarding, and all things outdoors. She also enjoys cooking at home and exploring the culinary options of Las Vegas, watching college basketball, and cherishing time with her husband, family, and fur babies.
