Baby and Me
Postpartum exercises are as important as preparing your body before pregnancy. Come practice with us to strengthen your body after pregnancy and labor, improve your digestion, relax and calm down your nervous system, and most importantly, bond with your baby and with the mothers in your surrounding community. Take the time you need during practice to breastfeed, change your baby, or just pause and relax. We're in a class free of judgments or expectations!
